Re: Religous Classes
The Rhizard Race is very spiritual and religious, whereas the other races are mostly laymen (non-religious).

Re: Religous Classes
hm so how bout with give each race a choice to become relgious i mean it just dosent seem right to have one out of four races to have a religion each (i think) should have a choice between some religions

Re: Religous Classes
It's not as though the other races don't have religions, they just aren't devout. They may believe in their patron deity or saints, but they might not be quite as devoted as they could (not much as far as clergy goes).

Re: Religous Classes
well then it just seems unfair that the people that lets say are Eldron and want to be a Priest or sumthing to that order cant become it so i have this idea that each person can chose their religion its just an idea

Re: Religous Classes
I can tell you, the last thing we need right now are more classes. We just finished an update that added at least 30 per race, more than that even.

Re: Religous Classes

Re: Religous Classes
Theres whole aspects of the game that are open to role playing guys.  You know, playing a character in tavern, not just the actual built in game mechanics?  I dont see any reason that religion/marriage/a whole host of things need to be coded into the game.  You want a new religion?  Make it up, seek converts.  Perhaps start a clan devoted to it?  A lot of the life blood of Prpg is the community in my opinion, not just the code.  Try it, you might just like it.

Re: Religous Classes
Well saifEav, its not a role playing game for nothing. Even though your class may be a fighter, you may want to play your character as a fighter with pagan beliefs for eample, it adds elememnts to your character and fun to roleplaying with that character.

Yes, look at Manana she and her clan is very religious, yet none of it was coded into the game Wink

Re: Religous Classes
Ya giving your character morals and beliefs gives more color to the game you guy can be a sneaky or a crazy fanatic to the rat god or something like that it adds more blood to the game in a slang term way.

Re: Religous Classes
Hey, this game is about making your own path.  Whatever you want to be.  Role-play it if it's not there.  Like Eaving said, the community on PRPG is superb and a great factor in PRPG's success.  Personally, that's why I keep coming back to this game, other than for that urge to achieve perfection, I really like the sense of community here.  Everyone knows everyone else, and if you don't, you will sooner or later.  And everyone seems to be great people to boot.  I haven't really come across any people who are jerks or the like, unlike other online games.  I'm sure you can make your own religion like the others said, and people will follow you.  Or you could follow others.

Good point...

You're right... I have never experienced such a friendly atmosphere in a gaming community before. (Not that I've had that much experience with MMOG's, but still...)

I've been given some "food for thought", as they say... Smile

Anyway, I'm glad I had good advice to give.  I don't try to be in anyone's bad books.  That's my opinion anyway.  Thanks everyone  Smile
